Returns and Refunds Policy
At intellegit
we want you to be happy with your software purchase and for you to buy with
confidence that the software meets all of your requirements.
To that end, we offer a 30 day free evaluation
of all our software products, which
will allow to use a fully functional version of the software and get a feel
for its features and how it operates. At any time during the 30 day period,
you may purchase a full licence to remove the time limit; alternatively,
after 30 days you may simply delete the software if you decide it isn't
suitable.
After purchase, refunds can not be given unless it can be demonstrated
that the software fails to behave as advertised or is faulty to the extent
that it cannot be used for its intended purpose. Your statutory rights are
unaffected.
To apply for a refund, please e-mail
returns@intellegit.com stating
your order number and the reason for requesting a refund. Please note that
we will only issue a refund once we receive written notice that all copies
of the software have been destroyed.
