Well, the address book is stored in "an other" format.  Depending on what
you want, just manipulating a copy of the "Contacts" file (in an editor)
might be enough for you... 

If you can program then converting the needed parts of the file to some
other form would be easy.  If you can't, and it's a one-off job, I'll do it
for you if you want, if you tell me what layout of data you need.
