New to Messanger Pro. Templates question

Having had a few issues with my current long term e-mail programme I
am evaluating Messenger pro again after many years. OS is Windows XP
Pro, SP3. I want to write an e-mail and then add a saved template to
the existing message text. Sat someone asks for directions to my
house and a few other questions. I reply to his other queries and want
to nail the directions template into the text creation window before
sending. How do I do that please? I have read the manual and am unsure
how to do this, if indeed it's possible? I love the threading
with tree lines, and the ability to colour messages in the messages
windows according to filters, which themselves seem quite intuitive to
use! Thanks.
