Not quite sure what you mean. With POP3 the mailbox is on the server,
and you fetch from an email client on your computer. Do you mean you
have been fetching (and deleting from the server) on both desktop and
laptop, so some emails are on one, and some are on the other, depending
on whether you first did a fetch on the laptop or desktop after each
email's arrival, with none on both? If so, you can export the emails
from the inbox of one machine to a file, then import them into the other
- say export from the laptop and import into the desktop. You would then
have a complete set on the desktop. Or you could export from both first,
then on both import the file exported from the other, so you would have
a complete set on both laptop and desktop.

Of course that will just have both up to date at the date you do this.
Going forwards, if you want to access all emails on both machines, you
would be best served by switching to fetching with IMAP, not POP3, on
both laptop and desktop. You would then see all emails from then on on
both machines (and replies you have sent, drafts etc on both machines
too). Switching to IMAP won't deal with the emails from before - you
would need to do the export from one, import into the other to deal with
the old emails. But it really is the best way to deal with fetching
emails on more than one device.

Regards,

David
