Unrecognised batch type...

Straight after I tried to send a message to the VirtualAcorn-list, I 
now get this error message popping up every few minutes!:

"Unrecognised batch type in file 
NewsDir:MsgServe.Backup.Mail.rogerarm.513c6640 "

I can't do anything on the computer now for this message getting in 
the way all the time, interupting everything until I press its 
continue button!

It all worked fine until now.

Computer is: Windows7, running ARM7500 emulator, RO4.39, on 
RPC-VAadjust.
