Links don't work in 7.06

I upgraded a couple of days ago to 7.06.  Double-clicking URLs no
longer works - used to be fine in 3.29.  The links are highlighted,
so MPro must be aware that they are URLs.

Is there some security setting preventing launching URLs that I've
failed to find?  Otherwise what have I done wrong?
