Spam Pc

Hello


I have not been receiving some emails from various people recently

I decided to go to my emails through my Pc (ntlworld.com) Account, 
through my Browser and found a lot of mails in the spam Folder. I do 
not have my email set up on my Pc.

Is there any I am able to do to retrieve this mail and have it appear 
in my Risc Pc.

I have not altered any of my settings on my Risc Pc as far as i know.
