MsgServe failure

Hello
Until a few days ago, my iPad mail client worked very well with 
MsgServe running on my AminiX. Much better than the Mac client in 
fact.

But now whenever I try and download messages, MsgServe just generates 
the error message 'Bad input to module Squash'. If I clear this it 
occurs once more, then the iPad gives up downloading.

Any idea what to do about this? And what has Squash got to do with it 
anyway?
