The same ReadMe is to be found in zip files via
http://www.arsvcs.demon.co.uk/r-comp/messpro/*
But, should you have a login to R-Comp's PiPlus scheme, there they all
are in http://www.armini.co.uk/pi/Fonts .
More easily available are the fonts David Feugey provides via
https://www.riscos.fr/polices-1.html
https://www.riscos.fr/polices-2.html
https://www.riscos.fr/polices-3.html
which include DejaVu, Libertine and some other Unicode supportive
fonts.
['police de caractères' is, rather surprisingly, the modern French for
'font']
