I have a similar situation with my Archivemag address and my
Abbeypress address. I have separate folders ("groups" in MProspeak)
for these and filter incoming messages accordingly. Select a folder,
to "Edit group settings", select Send.
There you can specify the From header you want to use when you send a
message from that folder.
You can also specify the signature you want to use and where to save
your copy of the sent message. (Sometimes saving it into the same
folder as the incoming message is a good ploy, because you can then
use threading.)
