wishlist: a link to a removed attachment
I routinely remove attachments from emails and stash them in a
sensible place in the normal filesystem on my ArmX6.
(This keeps MPro mailboxes smaller and quicker to load. At least
that's my reasoning; am I wrong?)
Feature suggestion for MPro:
Shift-drag the saved file back to a new target field in
MPro, and the filepath will be noted within the remaining
email message.
This filepath record could be in the form of a special X-header
within the message, which MPro could display as an additional field
after the usual From, Subject etc.
Or maybe the display could be as a "filer_opendir" obeyfile that MPro
creates to appear nicely in the attachment panel where it began.
Maybe the whole operation could be done in one swoop: Shift-drag an
attachment to disc could cause the MPro to replace the attachment with
a filer_opendir obeyfile.
Any comments or seconders before I bother Andrew with the idea?
