Distribution lists

Dunno whether this has been discussed before. Anyway ...

One potential trap for the unwary is that an address in a distribution 
list is not updated when the corresponding address in the address book 
is  changed or deleted. I have just rediscovered a proglet that I 
wrote a couple of years ago to check for discrepancies. Is there 
already a mechanism that I'm not aware of for updating distribution 
lists or would anyone like a copy of my proglet?
