Apostrophes etc. in attachment names

Apostrophes, at least, in attachment names cause attachments not to be
directly viewable. However, working around this is possible by saving then
launching the viewer program separately.

Shell quoting bug? (Personally, I'd avoid the whole shell problem here and
use fork() and execl().)
