This is an intentional restriction and won't have ever worked.  The problem
for me is to decide whether the mailing list should be listed with the other
mailing lists or remain in its place in the IMAP folder hierarchy.  The
former means it looks more like a local folder than a remote folder which
may cause some confusion.

However, since I hacked things some time ago to force MPro to treat my IMAP
folders as mailing lists, I thought I'd remove the restriction as it's a
genuinely useful thing to be able to do.  The caveat is that such mailing
lists will remain in the IMAP folder hierarchy, at least for the time being.
They will, however, receive a mailing list icon to distinguish them.

This change should be in the next release.
