I hope you dont think that these are saved as separate folders on your hard
drive as a back (as the word Archive might imply.
They are just files stored in !Newsdir as is all your mail.
To be sure of not losing any mail you need to backup the !Newsdir
Application its self.
Make sure its not seen as it will cause a problem, better still change the
name of the copy by removing the ! from the name.
