Depends what's in there, and if it is all useful.

Try searching for all messages over say 100K, they'll usually be 
messages with attachments, so strip them off. Delete anything that isn't 
useful, then select all the groups and tidy them. That should free up 
quite of space.

MPro's performance is very dependent to the number and size of messages 
in a group. Reduce the number by moving anything older than a year to an 
archive group, and reduce the size by stripping attachments.
