Just select all the three messages in the inbox where they now are, 
and drag to a disc or memory stick that you can access from both 
Windows 7 and 8.  A file called "Selection1/mbx" will appear.

Then drop this mailbox file (filetype mbx, &b86) into the MPro folder 
where you want the messages to be.
