turning the users button off

Hi all is there any way of turning off or disabling the " change user/ 
open login window " button ?
I am using mess pro 7.06.
The problem is where my eyesight is not as good as it once was I keep 
hitting the button by mistake as it is between the select all/send 
receive buttons and the address book button.
It is the only thing I don't like about the new version.
