Zipping compressed formats like JPEG won't save much memory and could 
actually increase it. Jclean helps a bit because it removes embedded 
thumbnails and metadata.

Do the JPEGs need to be as big as they are? For instance could you 
send them at 90dpi instead of 300dpi?
