The priority only determines the order in which the filters are
applies, so upping it from 50 to 80 won't have any effect if there's
no other filter between 50 and 80.
Make sure you have the "News" tickbox ticked.
Have you checked the messages and are sure that the address appears in
"Sender:" rather than "From:"? I'd be inclined to check for *renisrim*
rather than *mulyani* because the real name is optional.
