Page 21 of the PDF version of the manual that (I think) came with the
R-Comp Internet suite has a complete(?) list:

Ctrl-X / C / V Cut selection / Copy selection / Paste
selection
Shift-Delete [snip] out a section (shows the recipient that
a section has been removed)
Ctrl-A / Z Select All / De-select all
Ctrl-B / R Backup / Restore the email text you are
working on to disc
Ctrl-D / W Spellcheck your message / Spellcheck the word
at the cursor
Ctrl-J Join two paragraphs together
Ctrl-L Begin a new list item
Ctrl-O Allows you to specify an "outdent" (blank
space) for lists
Ctrl-Q Swap characters as cursor (eg. "teh" becomes
"the")
Ctrl-T Toggle between fixed width font (how the
message is sent) and a
proportionally spaced font which may be easier
your eyes.
F4 Search the text for a string
F7 / Ctrl-S Swap case of character at the cursor
F8 / F9 Undo / Redo
Ctrl/Shift/F10 Remove to end of line, remove word, or remove
whole line
Ctrl-cursorkey Jump to top/bottom of document or left/right
end of line

Hope that is readable!
