Yes, I have that ticked, and it usually uses Memphis3 here. However, I
had put something into the Memphis file and I wanted that file to save
immediately; it only saves on quitting, if I'm not much mistaken. So I
quit Memphis for all of five seconds, and then re-ran it. RAMFS was in
like Flynn, and created the offending directory. So the problem was
between the chair and the keyboard, but many thanks for the
explanation.

And on this ARMini. Presumably MPro uses it for temporary storage?
