Replying to Reply-to address

I've had to modify a MailMan mailing list to munge the From address 
because of AOL's change to its DMARC policy. The problem now is that I 
can't send a reply to the original sender only, even though there's a 
Reply-to: header. How do I force Messenger Pro to reply to the 
Reply-to address?
