I'm mystified.  This is almost identical to the (very simple) process
to set up a mailing list - which is a text file of email addresses,
one per line.  Pretty much the only difference is that she would either
type the list name into the box or select the list name name from a
menu.

So no, I wouldn't support the suggestion.
