It's a bug in Messenger's Choices code (specifically, it's the Toolbox
complaining that it doesn't understand an object ID that Messenger's passing
it).

Contact Andrew. Even if you do manage to "rectify it", it shouldn't be
possible to get this message in a bug-free application.
