The vast bulk of the data is probably email attachments rather than the 
number of emails. Try doing a search for size over 25K, which give you 
all the messages with file attachments or HTML parts. If you've already 
saved the files, strip them from the messages, as that makes MPro a lot 
faster.

However, I think your problem is something else.
