I get an occasional freeze whilst writing an e-mail but leaving it on
screen (i.e. doing no operation at all on the ARMX6) - when I come
back to it after 5 or 10 minutes, mouse and leyboard are dead,
CTRL-Break does nothing so the only option is power off and on.

It is so infrequent that I have just ignored it.
