Approved header?

Mailman gives the moderator the option to approve a held post:

"If you reply to this message and include an Approved: header
with the list password in it, the message will be approved for posting
to the list.  The Approved: header can also appear in the first line
of the body of the reply."

So how do you add a header to the message that isn't allowed for in 
the Edit email window?

The second method works (of course they mean "alternatively" and not 
"also") so it's no big problem but I just wondered.
