A useful link is:

For example the 1/8 fraction is:
U215B = &#8539; = &#x215B; = E2859B
and the micro symbol is:
U03BC = &#956; = &#x3BC; = B5 = &#181; = &#xB5;
 (in Windows is ALT 230 rather than ALT 181 but ALT 0181 seems to work 
as well!)
