Both the address book (why do I have 3, one of which is empty?) and
filter files all seem to be TSV, but it's obscure as to how they work.

Further to this, I wish someone could do an article for Archive about
how the whole of !NewsDir works. I've asked for this before, and have
been told "It's a database". My reaction to this is, "I know, but how
does in *work*?"
