MsgServe is just a database. The queued messages don't get that far.

There seems to be a limit of 32 spool files (0 to 31) per directory,
plus overview, index and group, but the higher level directories can
have 76 subdirectories. 77 was the filing system limit in early
versions of RISC OS.

I've found that when MPro fails to debatch a message I have to look in
the input directory and fish out the offending message. Repairing the
group doesn't have any effect because the spool directory isn't
damaged.
Usually I can run the raw message through !Attacher to decode the
attachments and then give the basic message back to MPro.

I don't want a "user experience" - I just want stuff that works.
