Except that what's in the outgoing mailboxes is what has been sent, 
even if it got bounced by the SMTP server or never got that far.

What's waiting to go is also in (in my case) 
<POPStar$Dir>.MailDir.spool.mqueue.text (afaik - nothing waiting at 
the mo.).
