Choices > User management > select user > Edit...
Change email address(es) > Set > Close

You might also need to update your transport choices (POPstar, 
AntiSpam, Hermes, etc.) if you're moving to a new ISP.

Click on the Group selection tool on the main groups window
(That's the one with the + and - signs).
Select groups you want to unsubscribe from/subscribe to.
Click Unsubscrobe/Subscribe
Repeat for Newsgroups/mailing lists and Folders.
Close window.
