These folders can make it MORE difficult to find an individual entry
because you probably have to open several folders to see if it's there
or still loose outside all folders.
My addressbook has built up gradually over a decade or more of using
MPro -- and it began as an import from Marcel before that. So the
folders have evolved rather piecemeal, and it's inevitable that some
individuals could with equal logic fit into several categories -- so
you end up searching in several folders.
Obviously a wholesale overhaul of the addressbook would be desirable.
I would probably do that in a spreadsheet. For that, it would help if
the various fields in each entry were documented: some are obvious,
some are not.
Ditto some of MPro's other internal files, such as filters and groups.
