where does Scoring Rules file live?

Wondering why certain messages are no longer listed in the colours I 
had assigned, I went to  "Choices > Scoring rules"  to investigate -- 
and am surprised to see a total blank!  Somehow it seems all my 
scoring rules got deleted, possibly a few weeks ago.

I might be able to find something in my backup system.  What's the 
pathname of the file I file I should look for?
