You are indeed wrong! It was designed to go with Impact, but will also 
accept input from Powerbase. It will indeed accept a freely-designed 
CSV file, which is what I do, as I have neither of these databases. I 
could easily construct a CSV file from DataPower, which is what I use, 
but it's easy enough to create a CSV file in StrongED. That's what I 
do, and it works excellently.
