Main groups menu no select bug

The menu on Main groups offers "Select all" and "Clear selection", but 
does not offer the option "Selection".

This option does not appear on the menu until at least two lines are 
selected.

The worst bit is that if you choose "Select all" using Adjust click the 
option to process the selection does not appear either.

Hence Adjust click "Select all" which leaves the menu in place cannot be 
followed by "Selection" "Catch up" or "Delete"
