Well that theory wasn't quite correct and it turned out that the problem
was that MPro just couldn't find its icons within the application bundle,
due to a bug which earlier versions of Mac OS X seemed to tolerate but must
have been tightened up in Lion.

The fix is in v2.67.7 which is building now and should be available from
the usual place in an hour or so.
