By macros I mean writing the text of a mail and storing it within
Messenger Pro to insert as a named macro in an e-mail, either manually
or automatically. 99% of the time I do it manually. For example, I
sell car parts. You e-mail me asking for details of my high
performance widget. Rather than type out two pages of "widget" info I
go to - Macros - Widget Info - Insert in e-mail > Enter

and voila, the macro is inserted and I can just add a brief bit of
personal greeting etcetera. With The Bat! I have about 0 macros stored.
Saves a LOT of time... Thanks for the other info!
