If you haven't already done so, enable the logging. (Tools -> Accounts ...,
then double-click the account, then the option is on the Advanced tab (Log
all communication with the server).
** Do NOT post the raw log here - it contains your password in the clear! **
Capture logs from failure cases, and then from a later successful case.
It may prove helpful when you report back.
