There is a line setting the size of MsgServe's dynamic area in its !Run, 
what is it set to?

As the default limit is at least 32MB, it suggests you are attempting to 
create far too big an email, which can cause problems at both your end 
and for the recipient. Either send each JPEG in a separate email, or 
preferably upload them to some web space and email a link. Your 
recipient will be able to download them from the web far quicker then a 
gigantic email will download and debatch.
