This Q has been asked so many times on this list!  To me, that 
indicates that the system (and the MPro manual) is less than 
user-friendly.

A couple of Qs to Philip before the answers start to (re)flow:
   1   Is your list a one-off exercise or is it a list you'll use many 
times after setting it up?  (See reply by Martin Wúrthner 2011-12-15.)
   2   Do you use Hermes alongside MPro?
