Click the menu to the right of the To bar and select "Copy to 
clipboard". You may need to do the same for Cc. Alternatively Toggle 
headers and copy the addresses out of there.

In RISC OS 6 you can cut and paste individual addresses from one 
writable icon to the other in the Edit  email window. Unfortunately 
this isn't possible with RO5.
