Thanks for that - I never noticed the drop-down before.

What I have just noticed, however, are the options given when you 
hover over the second reply icon:-
"Reply to group(ctrl to include copy to sender)/Reply to sender

I am puzzled by the first option - Select or ctrl-Select.
Surely reply to group includes the sender?

Adjust - replies to sender,
Why not ctrl-Adjust to :- Reply to sender(Copy to group)
