Port 25 is the standard SMTP port, but is often blocked by ISPs and cloud
service providers. It's used as the default port used for relaying.
I used to use Port 465, but it's deprecated for secure SMTP and no longer an
accepted standard for SMTP.
Port 587 is the preferred port for secure SMTP and is the one recommended for
mail submissions instead of port 25.
Port 2525 is a non-standard SMTP port used as an alternative in cases when
standard ports are not available.
