We could send ourselves some emails with large binary attachments to a 
spare mailbox (if necessary set up just for this purpose) then do a fetch 
only from that mailbox, as MPro now allows. For good measure set 
NetFetch/Hermes not to delete after fetching from that mailbox.

Then turn the speedup off again before fetching from any other mailboxes.
