Different sounds for arriving emails

I have set up a number of different sounds for individuals in my address
book. When an email from the person arrives their specific sound is played
- provided I don't have a filter to direct the email to a specific group.
So I can either have a sound to identify a sender or direct the email to a
specific folder but not both.

Is there any way of both playing a different sound and storing the email
in a specific folder?
