Easy way;

From the 'View' menu choose 'Transfer logs - your ISP'. You'd then have to
do a copy & paste, I think.
You can also do it from the accounts list in the 'Tools' menu. Go to
'Properties', then 'Advanced'. Button in the bottom right corner.

Otherwise, it probably depends on which OS you're using. On the Mac the
file is in a hidden folder, ~/.gemini/Log
