The menu is (almost) being sensibly context sensitive
 - if there is no group selected, then there is no point in a
"Selection" menu item, as it would be faded;
 - if there is a single group selected, there is a "Group <grpname>"
item, which leads to the same sub-menu as "Selection" when there are
multiple groups selected (except that with multiple groups selected,
the "Rename" on the sub-menu is faded, which is only sensible).

So really, the only thing wrong is that the menu doesn't update when
you use adjust-click.
