email problem

I am using Netfetch 5.05 and Messenger 8.04.
A problem has now arisen with the Incomimg mail folder. When I try to open 
it, I am shown a message:  Invalid Component  ID (0x710187
All other folders open correctly. I would be grateful if anyone can shed 
some light on this problem as there is a rather important email in the 
folder.
